3. Eligibility
You must:

For B2B users:
You confirm authority to represent and bind your organization
4. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities under your account shall be deemed authorized by you
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of:
Fraud or suspicious activity
Misuse of platform
Violation of these Terms
5. Intellectual Property & Trademark Protection
All content on TheVarunika.com including but not limited to:
Platform name, brand architecture, and trade identity
“Varunika”, “Varunika Nexus Gateway”, and associated brand elements
Logos, designs, layouts, user interface, workflows
Technology, software, databases, and platform architecture
are the exclusive intellectual property of TheVarunika and its owners, protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India and international jurisdictions.
Trademark Protection
The marks “Varunika” and “Varunika Nexus Gateway” are:
Proprietary brand assets of the Platform
Applied for / registered under relevant classes (as applicable)
Protected against unauthorized use under trademark and passing-off laws
Strict Prohibition
No person or entity shall:
Use, copy, reproduce, imitate, or exploit these marks
Register identical or deceptively similar marks
Use them in domain names, social media, marketplaces, or advertising
Create confusion, association, or misrepresentation with TheVarunika
Enforcement Rights
Any unauthorized use shall constitute:
Trademark infringement
Passing off
Unfair competition
TheVarunika reserves the right to take immediate legal action, including:
Injunctions (without prior notice)
Claim for damages and monetary compensation

6. User-Generated Content

Orders may be cancelled due to:
